At the end of the grant term, a final report will be due one month after the close of the fiscal year in which grant funds were expended. An in-person meeting will also be a communication option to fulfill this requirement.
For keystone grant commitments being paid out over multiple years, annual updates will be expected.
Four: Relationship Maintenance
Maintaining a mutually supportive relationship with shared responsibility requires we stay in touch! We ask for a phone, video, or in-person conversation at least once in the grant year and encourage you to share organizational communications with us throughout the year.
We will typically fund grantees for up to three years (but never more than five) and then require a one to two year break before considering follow-on funding.
We also hope grantees will stay in touch after our active grant relationship has closed. We love to hear your updates and consider your organization for follow-on funding after a one to two-year break.
